摘要
劳动合同法是规范劳动关系的一部重要法律,旨在平衡双方当事人的利益,更加注重对劳动者权益的保护,为构建和谐稳定的劳动关系提供法律保障。本文试从用人单位在单方即时解除劳动合同时,如何更好地保护劳动者利益进行评析。
Employment Law is very important to regulate employment relation. It aims to balance their interests, defend employees' rights and provide law defense for constructing harmonious and steady employment relation. This paper tries to analyze how to depend employees' interests better.
