摘要
在对国内外液压锁紧装置研究现状进行分析的基础上,介绍了几种不同液压锁紧装置的结构特点和优、缺点。通过资料分析可知,闸板防喷器液压锁紧装置的研制正朝着类型多样、降低闸板胶芯磨损、密封管径范围大、自动化程度及可靠性更高等方向发展。从目前油气勘探开发的需求来看,国内应大力开展液压锁紧装置的研究工作,包括理论研究、检验标准的统一制定、现场应用反馈信息的收集整理等。
Ram preventer locking device is one of important equipment for killing well reliably. At present, the hydraulic locking device is used in lock of Ram preventer mainly. It has advantages of convenience and reliability. Based on the analysis of developing actuality, the structural characteristics of several types of hydraulic locking device are discussed. It can be seen that various types, consideration of ram rubber wear and tear, range of sealing drill tools, automation level and high reliability are the directions of development of Ram preventer hydraulic locking device. From the need of development of oil, the domestic research of launching hydraulic locking device should be carried out, including the research of theory, establishment of test standard and collection and arrangement of feedback information from well site.
