摘要
在简要介绍了能量差率法求解抽油杆表面半椭圆裂纹应力强度因子的基础上,对抽油杆剩余寿命与初始表面裂纹的关系做了进一步的研究。结果表明,抽油杆表面裂纹的初始裂纹面积与抽油杆的剩余寿命是对应的关系,利用试验手段确定抽油杆表面裂纹的初始裂纹面积,就可以确定其寿命。此结论对于工程实际中应用无损探伤技术预测抽油杆剩余寿命有重要价值,可大幅度缩减抽油杆剩余寿命预测的时间及工序。
The vertical slice method is used to study the stress intensity factor for semi-elliptical surface crack, and then makes further study on the relationship between the residual life of sucker rod and the shape of semi-elliptical surface crack. And a good result, which is valuable for predicting the residual life of sucker rod, is obtained.
