摘要
目前的封隔器管柱屈曲分析没有考虑靠近封隔器段非螺旋屈曲段管柱,没有给出非螺旋屈曲段管柱的变形表达式和封隔器对管柱的约束载荷。鉴于此,取管柱微元体进行受力分析,根据平衡条件和小挠度梁屈曲理论,得到了紧靠封隔器段平面屈曲管柱及螺旋屈曲管柱的屈曲变形微分方程;根据屈曲变形微分方程,利用边界条件得到了紧靠封隔器的平面屈曲管柱的挠度,推导出了封隔器对管柱的约束力和约束弯矩,可供管柱强度校核及封隔器胶筒设计参考。
To get the buckling deformation, configuration and restraint forces sealed in packers, the buckling behavior of tubing neared parkers was analyzed buckled tubing strings were divided into two sections: sinusoidal buckled sect of tubular strings in this paper. The ion just connected to parkers and helical buckled some length apart from packers. The buckling differential equations of the two sections were developed by mechanical analysis of separated elements from tubular strings. Then, based on the differential equations, with the help of requirements of boundary constraints and consecutions, the buckling deformations of sinusoidal section just connected to packers and restraint forces were derived. The deformations and restraint forces could be used in strength analysis of tubing and design of packing.
