摘要
高泵压、大排量喷射钻井提高了钻井速度,同时对泥浆净化技术及系统提出了更高的要求,即对降低泥浆固相含量提出了更高的标准。设计的泥浆净化系统采用5级净化装置,技术难度大、设计标准高。论述了系统的工艺流程、设计原理、结构配置和设计制造依据。配套在我国生产的第1台ZJ90DB型9 000 m钻机上经过1 a多的现场使用,已钻井深6 000多m。现场使用表明,该系统能降低泥浆的固相含量,保证泥浆的钻井性能,提高钻井速度,能够满足ZJ90DB型钻机的工作参数、性能和钻井工艺要求,适应油田恶劣的露天作业工况。
Drill rate was increased by using of high pressure pump and big displacement jet drilling. At the same time, stricter requirement and higher standard are put forward for mud system that is to reduce solid contents in mud. Five-stage-purification is adopted in mud purification system on design to ensure mud performance, thus to meet the increased drilling rate and other requirement. This paper presents its flow, design principle, technical requirement, and fabrication data. The system has been put into use in the first 9000-meter rig for one year and 6000 meters depth have been drilled with satisfaction.
