摘要
利用重力式分离模拟试验装置,对添加聚结填料前、后分离器的分离特性进行了对比研究。结果表明,该聚结填料对小液滴具有较好的聚结、合并作用,能显著提高油水分离效果,缩短停留时间;添加聚结填料前,前上、前中和前下取样口样品的含水量或含油量变化不大;添加填料后,后上、后中和后下取样口样品的含水量或含油量明显变小。
The separating behavior of gravitational oil/water separator models with or without a coalescing internal installed was studied through an oil/water separation simulating system. Results indicates that the coalescing internal had a better coalescing effect on small droplet, increased separation of oil/water, and decreased retention time. Whether there was a coalescing internal or not, the water cut or oil content in front-top, front-middle, and front-under samples changed little. However, the water cut or oil content in back-top, back-middle, and back-under samples decreased dramatically.
