摘要 高升油田是一个以稠油开采为主的特种油田,随着采液时间的延长,电缆桥塞修井打捞不断增加,仅高升油田每年就有10口左右的电缆桥塞井需要转为大修。由于没有专用打捞工具,受到上部套管变形、油层漏失、鱼顶上部残留小件落物等多方面不利因素影响,其处理事故的周期往往较长,效果不理想。因此,开发了177.8 mm套管内电缆桥塞修井打捞配套技术,解决了油田电缆桥塞打捞的难题。现场试验证明,实现了漏失井整形、磨铣、打捞的施工,具有广阔的应用前景。 Gaosheng Oil Field is a particular oil field mainly concerned with viscous oil production. With the extension of oil exploitation, more cable bridge plug workover and fishing operations increased continuously. About more than 10 cable bridge plug wells have to be turned into heavy repair only in Gaosheng Oil Field. But under the effect of adverse factors such as unavailability of dedicated fishing tools, deformation of upper casing, lost of layer circulation and remain of tiny junks on the top of the fish, longer cycle times of malfunction handling were needed but usually with unexpected effects. Therefore, inner φ177. 8 mm casing cable bridge plug workover and fishing technology was developed through technological innovation to solve the problem and it was proved to possess an extensive application foreground in reshape of absorption well, mill and fishing operations after times of field tests.
