Setting up and Running of Automatic Outpatient Pharmacy

目的:为推动药房自动化管理提供参考。方法:结合我院自动化门诊药房的建立,分析欧娲(ROWA)自动化仓储系统的应用情况及其对门诊药房各方面带来的影响。结果与结论:ROWA系统的应用改善了工作环境,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度,给我院增加了新的服务内涵和竞争力,提升了我院的服务品牌,创造了更好的社会效益和经济效益。

OBJECTIVE： To provide references for the setting up and running of automatic management in pharmacy. METHODS： The application of ROWA automated storage system after the setting up of automatic outpatient pharmacy in our hospital and its impact on the outpatient pharmacy were analyzed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The ROWA automated storage system has helped improve the working environment and efficiency of service, reduce labor intensity, increase the connotation of services, and the competitiveness, promote hospital＇s service brand as well as creating better social and economical benefits.
