摘要
根据当前煤矿井下排水的实际情况,设计了一种基于单片机控制的自动监测与排水系统。本系统采用AT 89 S 52单片机、串行A/D转换器TLC 2543、固态继电器等作为系统核心器件,根据水仓内的水位高低和流量大小进行水泵的启停,并由监控中心对整个过程进行上位机监控。该系统可节省单片机I/O资源,具有以弱电控制强电的特性,且可靠性高,运行稳定,具有很强的实用推广价值。
According to actual states of the coal mine underground drainage system, an automatic monitoring and drainage system based on the control of microcontroller was designed in this paper. This system adopts AT89S52 Single Chip, serial A/D converter TLC2543 and SSR as the core components, starts or terminates the water pump according to water level and flux in the sump, The monitoring center monitors the operation states of the whole course. The system saves the I/O interface port, has the characteristics of using weak power to control strong power and high reliability, it is worthwhile for further practical application.
