静脉腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的实验和临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过动物实验和临床应用,评价静脉腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法:于实验犬右后肢隐静脉行腔内激光照射。下肢静脉曲张患者42例(共55条患肢)行高位大隐静脉结扎结合静脉腔内激光治疗术。结果:实验犬术后1周、12周取右后肢隐静脉段病理检查显示血管内皮细胞、血管壁细胞变性,最终血管腔内纤维组织增生、管腔闭塞。本组患者平均随访15个月均无复发,4冽病人疗效满意。结论:静脉腔内激光治疗具有微创、安全、操作简便和疗效良好等优点,是治疗下肢静脉曲张的理想方法。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical results of endovenous laser treatnent(EVLT) for vari cose vein of lower linb by aninal experinent and clinical application Methods: Endovascular laser irradiation was perfomed in saphena of dog's right hind linbs 42 patients with varicose vein of lower limbs(55 linbs) undewent high ligaticn of great saphenous vein comb ined with endovenous laser treatnent Results: At the fast and 12th week after operation the pathological exam ination ror saphenous vein of dog's right hind lmbs revealed degeneration of vascular endothelial cells and parietal cells eventuallg fbroplasia in Lumen of blood vessel and vessel occkysuib Forty. two patients were followed up average of 15 months with satisfnctory curative effects without recurrence Conclusion EVLT has advantages of mininal invasiveness safety, convenience and good results is an dealmethod for heating varicose vein of lower limb.
