强直性脊柱炎病因学分子机制及诊断的研究进展
Research Advancement on the Etiological Molecule Mechanism and Diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis
摘要
强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis，AS）是类风湿因子阴性、累及中轴关节和肌腱、韧带骨附着点的慢性炎症性疾病。本病在我国的发病率约为0．3％，是造成人群残疾的重要原因之一。AS的特点是：病程长，进展慢；致畸率高；误诊、漏诊率高。如能早期发现，早期治疗可收到较好效果，一旦进展到关节及韧带骨化、畸形，病程便不可逆转，最终导致残疾。
