摘要 ORA(Ocular Response Analyzer)新型眼压计系一种非接触眼压计,它采用自动双向压平测量过程,测量角膜生物力学特性,可消除角膜特性对眼压测量结果的影响,从而更准确地反映真实眼压。本文综述了ORA眼压计的工作原理、测量参数的临床意义及其与青光眼的关系、ORA眼压计与角膜中央厚度的关系,并与其它眼压计进行了比较。
