摘要
聚天冬氨酸(PASP)是近年来开发的一种新型绿色阻垢剂。为了拓展其应用领域,该文研究了PASP用于某厂循环冷却水时的阻垢性能以及与其他药剂的配伍性。利用模拟配水对其配伍性进行了静态实验研究,然后利用现场实际用水对复合药剂的综合性能进行了动态模拟实验。研究结果表明,聚天冬氨酸与杀菌剂C lO2、缓蚀剂HEDP具有良好的配伍性。当PASP、HEDP和C lO2的质量浓度分别为10、28和2 mg/L时,复合药剂的阻垢率与杀菌率均为100%,缓蚀率高于87%。
Scale inhibition and compatibility with other reagents of polyaspartic acid (PASP) are studied in a plant' s open recirculating cooling water system. Compatibility of PASP with corrosion inhibitor and bactericide is researched by static simulation test in lab. Synthetic performance of com- pounded reagent is investigated by dynamic experiment with practical cooling water on the spot. The results show that PASP has excellent compatibility with corrosion inhibitor (1-hydroxy ethylidene- 1.1- diphosphonic acid, HEDP) and bactericide (chlorine dioxide, ClO2). The rates of scale and corrosion inhibition and bactericidal efficiency are 100%, above 87% and 100% respectively following the conditions : 10 mg/L of PASP, 28 mg/L of HEDP and 2 mg/L of C102.
