维持和平行动伴随着联合国的发展壮大而不断发展,目前已经成为维持世界和平与稳定的一种重要手段。但是由于维和行动在专门法规、领导机构和监督方面存在着三大缺陷,造成了它在新的实施过程中出现了巨大的困难,面临着种种挑战。要想彻底克服这些问题,必须加强维和行动的国际立法,完善其领导机构,对维和机制进行全面规范。

Peace-keeping operations progress with the UNrs development, and now have become an important means to keep the worldrs peace and stability. Because there are three flaws in the professional law, leading organization and inspection, PKO faces many difficulties and challenges in the new era. In order to solve these problems, UN must set up the international law and the leading institution. Through these, we can perfect the mechanism of PKO.
