A synchronic analysis, in both semantics and structure, of the ＂Verb ＋ Ta （他） ＋ QP＂ and ＂Verb＋Ta（他）＋NP＂ supports our argument that ＂Ta（他）＂ is an auxiliary indicating the acts or affairs that have not realized in the structure of ＂Verb＋Ta（他）＋QP＂. The auxiliary ＂Ta（他）＂ derived from the personal pronoun ＂Ta（他）＂. The ＂Verb＋Ta（他）＋QP＂ structure emerged in the Tang and Wudai Dynasties and this evolution is described from a diachronic point-of-view.
