高等教育大众化对高校来说,既是发展的机遇,也是严峻的挑战。高校能否抓住机遇,关键在于人才,迎接挑战需要有一支能应对挑战的、素质过硬的教师队伍。建立健全与学校定位相适应的、与发展目标相一致的师资队伍,以科学发展观为指导,实现高校全面、协调和可持续发展,是学校发展的重中之重。新形势下,本校认真实施人才强校战略,积极探索高等教育大众化条件下高校师资队伍建设的新举措,大力抓好师资队伍建设工作,极大地促进了学校的建设和发展。

Higher education popularity is both opportunity to progress and flinty challenge to college. Whether we could grab this opportunity all depends on if we have a team of teachers who are competent for teaching and can surpass any challenge they met. The establishment of a goal of teachers＇ team construction, which is consistent to the aim of college development, is the most important of all. Under this new condition, our college has brought manpower stratagem into effect, acting energetic in improving teaching power research, and these efforts had come to a good effect.
