摘要
分析了目前就业指导工作的现状及存在的问题,提出并建立了"三位一体"的就业指导体系。实践证明,该就业指导体系符合高等药科院校毕业生的就业指导需求,是一种行之有效的就业指导体系。
The paper makes an analysis of current situation and problems in employment guidance, and proposes the thinity employment guiding system. Practice has proved that the employment guiding system conforms to employment requirement of the graduating students in pharmaceutical colleges and universities and it is a feasible employment guiding system.
