摘要
制备和研究了一种新型豆油-醇(乙醇或甲醇)微乳化燃料,它能够作为化石燃料的替代品。根据微乳化理论,选用油酸作为表面活性剂,用豆油分别与乙醇和甲醇配制了微乳化液,并绘制了各种微乳化液的豆油-醇-油酸三元相图。结果表明:豆油和乙醇或甲醇在油酸作用下都能形成稳定的微乳化液,其中,乙醇比甲醇更容易与豆油形成微乳化液。还对所配制的微乳化液的燃烧特性进行了实验测定,分析了醇的掺入量对其燃烧特性的影响。
A new-type soybean oil-alcohol micro-emulsion fuel which can be used as alternative of fossil fuels is prepared and analyzed.Ac-cording to micro-emulsion theory,the soybean oil micro-emulsion fuels are prepared with oleic acid as surfactant and ethanol or methanol as disperse phase.The ternary phase diagrams of different micro-emulsion are also obtained.The results show that soybean oil and ethanol or methanol can both form stable micro-emulsions.However,its’ easier to form micro-emulsion when using methanol as the disperse phase.The combustion characteristics of the micro-emulsions,including stability,calorific value,viscosity,flash point and ignition point,are measured.What's more,the influences of alcohol on the combustion characteristics are analyzed.
