摘要
建立了炉体结构的计算传热学分析模型,利用经典的传热理论进行了详细的传热分析设计。结果表明:炉壁温度与炉膛内温度变化规律趋于一致;夹套与外界的总换热量随壁温的变化呈近似线形变化规律;热辐射是主要的热传递方式。
The Calculating heat transfer model of gas producer was established.The detailed analysis on it was done with the classic theory of heat transfer.The result shows that,the alternation tendency of temperature between furnace wall and furnace hearth is accordant.The total heat transmission change with temperature is lineate.Thermal radiation is the main way of heat transfer with the environment.
