摘要 针对电弧炉电极控制系统具有非线性、时变、模型不确定、大滞后、多输入多输出耦合的特点,很难对系统建立一个精确的数学模型,提出一种基于神经网络实时在线辩识的内模控制方案。采用工业领域广泛使用的PLC来实现该控制方案。仿真及运行结果证实了控制策略的有效性。  Owing to that electric arc furnace control system has nonlinear, delay, random, multi-input and multi-ontput character, it is difficult to set up an accurate maths model for this system. Thus a real-time on line distinguish inner modet control plan based on nural network has been established, this control plan was realized by means of PLC using widely in the indnstry. The simulation and operation results confirm that above-mentioned control strategy was effective.
