摘要
On July 26, 2007, the Heihe DC Converter Station, being an important component part of China-Russia DC back-to-back interconnection project, was formally started construction in Heihe City of Heilongjiang Province. This indicated China-Russia back-to-back interconnection project has entered comprehensive construction stage.
