Concerns and arguments from all circles have accompanied the exploitation of each river in China. When hydroenergy is utilized to certain degree in a country, it will naturally be brought into a stage of sane exploitation. In this stage, the two sides that support and oppose hydropower development constantly declare their opinions. Certainly debate shall allow for the viewpoint that seeks the best means for reaching the objective.
