高温不锈轴承钢Cr14Mo4的热处理、组织和性能 被引量:3

摘要 试验研究了电渣重熔Cr14Mo4钢(%:1.03C、14.36Cr、3.98Mo)Φ22mm热轧材750~950℃退火、950~1200℃淬火、450~550℃回火后钢的组织和性能。结果表明,(890±20)℃退火后钢的HB硬度值207~255;1100~1120℃淬火500~525℃四次回火后钢的组织由细针状回火马氏体、残余奥氏体和碳化物组成,HRC硬度值61,断裂韧性K_(IC)为31.5~32.1 MPa·m^(1/2);Cr14Mo4钢200℃高温接触疲劳寿命L_(10)为1.1×10~5,并且Cr14Mo4钢具有较好的耐磨性能。 The structure and properties of electroslag remehing steel Crl4Mo4 ( 1.03C, 14. 36Cr, 3.98Mo) 022 mm hot rolled products annealed at 750 - 950 ℃ quenched at 950 - 1 200 ℃ and tempered at 450 - 550 ℃ have been studied. Resuhs showed that FIB hardness value of steel annealed at (890 + 20) ℃ was 207 - 255; structure of steel quenched at 1 100 - 1 120 ℃ and tempered at 500 - 525 ℃ consisted of fine acicular tempered martensite, residual austenite and carbide with HRC hardness value 61 and fracture toughness Kic value 31.5 - 32. 1 MPa · m^1/2 ; high temperature contact fatigue life L10 of steel Crl4Mo4 at 200 ℃ was 1.1 - 105 and the steel Crl4Mo4 has higher wear resistance.
