摘要
采用30t EBT EAF-40 t LF+VD-3.16 t铸锭-800/650×4轧机流程开发了Φ160mm非调质钢S38MnSiV(%:0.38~0.45C、0.55~0.75Si、1.40~1.55Mn、0.08~0.15V、0.020~0.050S、≤0.025P)。检验结果表明,钢材中氧含量(8~13)×10^(-6),氮含量(128~186)×10^(-6),氢含量(0.4~1.2)×10^(-6);Φ160mm非调质钢S38MnSiV锻成Φ110mm圆钢的组织和机械性能均满足标准要求,用该钢生产的曲轴中值弯曲疲劳极限为3633.3 N·m,安全系数1.771。
The φl60 mm non-quenched-tempered steel S38MnSiV (0. 38-0. 45C, 0. 55-0. 75Si, 1.40 - 1.55Mn, 0. 08 - 0. 15V, 0. 020-0. 050S, ≤0. 025P) has been developed by 30 t EBT EAF - 40 t LF + VD - 3. 16 t ingot - 800/ 650 ×4 miU flow sheet. Examination results showed that the oxygen con'tent in finished products was (8 - 13) × 10^-6 , nitrogen content ( 128 - 186)×10^-6, and hydrogen content (0. 4 - 1.2) × 10^-6 ; the structure and mechanical properties of φ110 mm bar forged by φ160 mm rolled products of steel S38MnSiV all met the requirement of standard; and the mean value hending fatimae limit of crankshafts made of this steel was 3 633.3 N · m with safety factor 1. 771.
