针对三线添纱衬垫组织中常见的毛圈倒向不一致问题,从纱线内部扭力矩对毛圈形状的影响,毛圈弯曲成形半径与纱支直径的关系以及毛圈惯性矩等方面进行毛圈同向性分析。并从纱线自身质量和织造工艺的设定上来解决毛圈同向性问题,大大提高了面料的外观质量和效果。

In view of the common discrepant pile orientation of the three-thread plaited fleece, this paper made an analyzes in detail the pile orientation in terms of the influence of the yarn＇s inner torsional moment on the pile shape, the relationship between the pile bending radius and the yarn count and the moment of inertia of the pile. It can be concluded that the yarn quality and the arrangement of the knitting technology should be carefully considered in order to eliminate the pile orientation discrepancy and thus improve the fabric appearance.
