摘要
简单介绍再生动物蛋白纤维的生产原理。通过与其他几种常见纤维的物理机械性能、化学染色性能、吸湿透气性能的比较实验,证明再生动物蛋白纤维具有强伸度高、线密度小、耐酸耐碱、染色鲜艳、吸湿透气、无静电、无刺激等优点。通过再生动物蛋白纤维的纯纺、混纺及织造实验阐述其应用状况,并与其他蛋白纤维对比,分析再生动物蛋白纤维的产品经济优势。
This paper introduces in brief the producing principle of the regenerated animal protein fiber. It proves that the regenerated animal protein fiber bears the advantages of high strength, high elongation, low linear density, good resistance to acid and alkali, bright dyeing color, moisture absorbency and air permeability, no static electricity and no irritation to skin according to the compared to a few other common fibers in terms of mechanical properties, chemical dyeing properties and the moisture absorbency and air permeability. In addition, the applications of this kind of fiber are analyzed in terms of the pure spinning yarn and blended spinning yarn and its knitting process. It shows that the regenerated animal protein fiber bears obvious economical superiority compared to other kinds of protein fibers.
