步进电动机自适应细分驱动技术研究

摘要 为了避免步进电动机的低频震荡,同时提高最大运行速度,提出一种自适应细分驱动技术的实现方法。该方法采用软件细分、"虚拟变频"技术,实现了步进电动机多档位、带电自适应细分驱动。试验结果表明,电机运行平稳、细分转换平滑、调速范围宽,有效地改善了系统性能。 In order to avoiding low speed vibration of stepping motor and increasing its maximum speed, a new solution to realize adaptive subdivided driving technology of stepping motor was given. Software subdivision and "virtual frequency conversion" technology were adopted in this solution, which realized multigrade, adaptive subdivided drive in operation of stepping motor. The experiment results indicated that the system had wide speed regulation, high control precision and smooth operating status.
