基于抗体癌标志物研究 被引量：2

摘要 癌细胞的产生是由于各种致癌因素引起基因调控失常，导致细胞癌变，并表达在正常情况下没有或含量甚低的蛋白和酶，这些癌性蛋白可能就是癌抗原，其分为癌特异性抗原和癌相关抗原，后者又分为癌分化抗原和癌胚抗原。细胞癌变时，细胞表面发生许多变化，其中糖类（碳水化合物）抗原最为明显。现发现细胞表面碳水化合物复合物中寡糖基本序列复杂，仅调节其形成的转移酶约有百余种，
