摘要 基因表达系列分析(SAGE)是一种能够快速、详细、准确地反映生物体内在不同的发育期及生理病理状态下基因表达水平的高效技术。SAGE 不需要已知基因序列,可以发现新的转录本,可以对组织、细胞进行基因表达的定量定性研究,在生物学及医学研究中得到了广泛的应用。 Serial analysis of gene expression (SAGE) is a powerful technique that can quickly and exactly refleet expression profile of genes in a given sample in different situations. SAGE does not require prior knowledge of the genes of interest. It can provide qualitative and quantitative data of every transcribed sequence in a particular cell or tissue type and find out novel genes. SAGE has been widely applied to analyzing gene expression in many biological and medical studies.
