加强血站内部审核 保持质量体系持续改进

Enhance internal auditing in blood station,keep quality system continuous improving

内部审核的目的是通过内部审核活动,找出组织质量管理体系中存在的问题,并采用纠正措施,防止不合格项的发生,以保证质量管理体系运行的有效性。文章结合实践提出进一步深化内部审核,提高管理体系有效运行的一系列措施,同时对血站体系的整体评价提出"成熟度"的观点。

The aim of internal auditing is to find problems in quality management system and to take corresponding measurements to correct them, in order to avoid the unqualified items and keep quality system validity. This article put forward a viewpoint to enhance the internal auditing and improve the quality management system. In addition, the article suggest that the maturity should be use to evaluate the quality management system in blood station.
