摘要 客观、科学、公正地评价护理工作绩效,是有效推进护理质量持续改进、提高患者满意度的重要举措,也是当前我国医院管理者普遍关注的问题。结合绩效管理的思想,探索建立有效的护理人员绩效考核方法。结合实际情况,对护理工作质量、理论操作考核成绩、科内成员间评议以及护理安全、医德医风等方面实施综合计分,使之与护士晋级、评优评先、进修学习等激励手段挂钩,能够有效地激发护士的竞争意识和质量意识,促进护理工作质量的提高。 Impersonal, scientific and impartial performance evaluation for nurses is an important measure to improve nursing quality and patient's satisfaction. It is also focused comprehensively by managers of hospital. This paper explored a method to evaluate performance of nurses. Based on the fact, we scored for nurses combined nursing quality, score of theory and practice examination, comments by each other, nursing safety and medical morality. The score influence nurse's promotion and encouragement. This measure can stimulate nurse's competition and quality consciousness. The practice showed that scientific tools for performance management can improve nursing quality effectively.
