摘要
利用正交试验设计和Duncan法检验,确立了山芹菜中黄酮的最佳提取条件及其产率。结果表明,用1:50(g/mL)的70%乙醇水溶液,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为2h,提取效率较好,黄酮产率为1.71%。
The optimal conditions for flavone extraction and recovery from Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa (Kom.) were developed by orthogonal experiment and Duncan test.The results showed that high extraction efficiency was achieved when the flavone was extracted with 50 volumes of 70% C2HsOH at 80℃ for 2h., by which the flavone recovery was 1.71%.
