摘要
西方管理理论是在西方文化的基础上产生和发展起来的。中西方文化的差异和冲突,必然导致西方管理理论与中国文化的冲突,从而导致管理失效。要解决这个问题,必须认识文化冲突,化解文化冲突,进行文化融合和文化构建。
The Westem management theory is based on the westem culture. The difference and conflict between the Chinese culture and the Westem culture inevitably causes the conflict between the westem management theory and Chinese culture, thus leading to management lapse. We must know and thaw the cultural conflict, carry through the cultural amalgamation and the cultural construction in order to solve this problem.
