文章从政策、观念、结构、系统4个方面分析了当前军事代表质量工作面临的形势,并针对存在的问题,阐述了其工作模式转变的必要性;结合全面质量管理理论,提出了军事代表以“过程审核为主,辅以体系监督和检验验收”的新型质量工作模式。

The paper discusses the situation on quality work of military representatives from different ways of policy, conception, structure and system. Aimed at correlative problems, the paper explains the necessity of the change for quality work module. By inducting total quality management theory and ideas, the paper presents the new quality work module that is to improve quality mainly by means of ＇process audit, combining system surveillance and inspection＇.
