摘要
基于胆甾相液晶的电光特性,进行了液晶散射光相干性与不同外加电场之间关系的实验研究.利用反转剪切干涉仪具体测量了不同外加电压条件下液晶散射光的空间相干性,得出了液晶散射光相干性随外加电场变化的初步规律.结果表明,胆甾相液晶散射光的强度以及空间相干性可以由外加电场调制.
Based on electrooptical properties of cholesteric liquid crystal, the relationship between the coherence of scattering light by PSCT and the applied electrical fields was experimentally studied. The coherence properties of scattering light under different applied voltage are measured by the the reversingfront interferogram. The primary relationship between applied voltage and coherence of scattering light by PSCT has been given, which shows that both scattering light intensities and coherence can be controlled electrically. Due to these properties,the coherence-controlled light source can be approached.
