摘要
利用自我复制的方法制作了可见光谱区的三维光子晶体,用反射光谱研究了光子晶体的光学特性。采用平面波理论计算了光子晶体的光子禁带(PBG),实验结果与理论符合得较好。采用两步生长法将荧光染料(rhodamine 590)置于光子晶体内部,实验结果表明,染料的荧光光谱受到了光子晶体的强烈调制。
Three-dimensional (3D) photonic crystals in the visible spectral region were fabricated by an auto-cloning technique. The optical properties of the crystals were studied by measuring the reflection spectra,and the Photonic Bandgap (PBG) was calculated using a plane-wave-expansion method. The experimental results coincide well with the theory. A two-step deposition method was used to insert rhodamine 590 into the photonic crystal, the result shows that the photoluminescence spectra is strongly modified by the photonic crystal.
