摘要
本文研究了液相介质的初始pH值与粒化磷渣活性激发的关系,在此基础上对磷渣玻璃体的活性激发机理进行了探讨,文中所提的观点对粒化高炉矿渣也同样适用。 1 原材料及实验方法 1.1 磷渣采用南京化学工业公司磷肥厂的粒化电炉磷渣,其化学组成如下: CaO SiO_2 Al_2O_3 Fe_2O_3 MgO K_2O Na_2O P_2O_5 TiO_2 48.95 38.23 3.86 0.40 1.60 0.76 0.74 1.56 0.15 将磷渣粉磨至比表面积为5380cm^2/g;其比重为2.89,850℃的烧失量为0.91%,X射线衍射和差热分析的结果表明,粒化磷渣主要成分为假硅灰石玻璃相。
The activation mechanism of phosphorus slag is investigated through determining the relationship between the pH value of medium solution and the dissolution of phosphorus slag, and the influence of various substances on the cementious properties of phosphorus slag. The experimental results show that the hydration of the slag take place either through solution reaction or through topochemical reaction at early stage. But the later dominates. The alkali metal salts, whose anions or anion groups can combine with Ca^(2+) and form insoluble salts, can be used as activators of the slag. The anions or anion groups influence the hydration of the slag and the structure of the hydrates greatly. XRD analysis indicates that the main hydrate of the slag is low basic C-S-H gel, and no zeolite is found.
