德州地域文化是研究中华民族兴治规律的一个很有代表性的样本。它和中华民族的文化史同步发展。举其大要,德州地域文化共有过三次高潮。这三次高潮分别是两汉时代、隋唐时代和明清时代,恰与中国历史上三次盛世同步。德州地域文化有自己鲜明的特色。对德州地域文化的研究,是中国传统文化研究不可缺少的组成部分,将对发扬和光大中国传统文化的人文精神起到重要作用。

Abstrat, Dezhou area culture had happened three tide parting to the two-Han Dynasty, Sui-Tang Dynasty and Ming-Qing Dynasty that had carried out with three flourishing periods in Chinese history. Dezhou area culture has distinct character itself. The research to Dezhou area culture is a important part of the research to Chinese tradition culture.
