实践教学是地方新建本科院校教学中一个相对薄弱的教学环节。在当前高等教育发展与改革的大背景下,新建地方本科院校应积极改革人才培养模式,强化实践教学;健全规章制度,加强过程管理,完善实践教学质量监控与评价体系;积极推进实践教学改革,提高实践教学质量;采取激励措施,充实和优化实践教学的教师队伍;认真组织大学生科技文化竞赛活动,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,在高等教育激烈的竞争中,求得自己的生存与发展之路。
