摘要 中国石油天然气股份有限公司塔里木油田分公司哈得作业区原油脱出水水质复杂,具有矿化度高、含铁高、水温低及pH值低的特点,而目前所用水处理工艺流程是压力式流程,相对较短,没有除铁工艺,影响处理后出水水质质量。针对这一问题,技术管理部门提出了多种改进方案并组织专家论证。综合实施各种方案后,收到了良好的效果,处理后水质有了改善,水质达标率由原来的72.8%提高到了89.2%以上。 The water from crude oil dehydration in Hade Production Block in PetroChina Tarim Oil Field Co., Ltd is complex in water quality. It is high in minerality and ion and low in temperature and pH value. The short process flow of existing water treatment unit without ion removal process could not produce water of desired quality. After implementation of improvement measures proposed by the technical department and verified by the experts, the treated water quality has been greatly improved, and over 89.2% of water meets the required specifications instead of original 72.8 %.
