不同类型大麦品种赤霉病抗性与DON毒素积累 被引量:2

Identification of different original barley lines for Fusarium head blight resistance and deoxynivalenol accumulation

摘要 对不同来源的大麦品种进行了赤霉病抗性和DON毒素鉴定。结果表明,供试品种赤霉病抗性存在显著差异;二棱大麦对赤霉病的抗性明显强于六棱大麦;皮大麦的赤霉病抗性也明显好于裸大麦,大麦的抽穗期和株高对赤霉病抗性的影响不大;地方品种较抗DON毒素积累;赤霉病表型抗性与DON积累抗性既有相关性,又存在显著差异;浙皮2号和余姚红大麦是较好地结合了两类抗性基因的种质资源。 By being identified for Fusariurn head blight (FHB) resistance and deoxynivalenol accumulation to different original barley lines, the results showed that there were differences among barley genotypes for FHB resistance. The FHB resistance of two-rowed lines was stronger than that of six-rowed lines. Furthermore, the covered barley tended to be more FHB resistance than hulless barley. Heading date and height were not associated with FHB severity. Barley landrance appeared to be less prone accumulation of deoxynivalenol. Zhepi 2 and Yuyaohongdamai were good resistance gene resources.
