摘要
对大白菜(Brassica campestrisssp. pekinensis)的花药和游离小孢子培养方法进行比较研究。结果表明,品种间基因型差异是影响大白菜花粉胚诱导效率的关键因素之一;大白菜游离小孢子培养的花粉胚诱导效率约比花药培养高10倍;游离小孢子培养花粉胚的植株再生率只有花药培养的10%-15%。因此,游离小孢子培养需进一步提高植株再生率等技术才能更有效地应用于实际育种工作中。
This paper compared the methods of anther and microspore-isolated cultures in Chinese cabbage. The results showed that the difference of genotype between varieties was the key factor affecting production of the pollen embryo. The embryo inducement efficiency of microspore-isolated culture was 10 times greater than that of pollen culture. But the regeneration rate of pollen plants of microspore-isolated culture was much lower than that of pollen culture. Many key techniques of microspore-isolated culture should be improved in order to widely apply to breeding work.
