摘要
研究了全密封圆柱形锂电池钼极柱与玻璃的封接工艺,找出了影响玻璃绝缘子熔封性能的主要工艺参数;并成功地解决了玻璃同时与两种不同金属封接时热膨胀系数不匹配、金属与玻璃封接时的润湿性以及封接后的气密性差等难点,研制出了能满足一次锂电池制造需要的主要配件绝缘盖组,结果显示其主要性能指标超过国外同类产品。
The glass- metal sealing technique of molybdenum lead for sealed primary cylindrical lithium battery was studied. The main technical parameters influencing the sealing performance of glass insulator were found.. Some problems were successfully resolved, such as mismatching of thermal expansion coefficient between two kinds of metal, bad wettability and sealing effect. The insulators that may satisfy the requirements of primary lithium battery were developed. It was shown that the main performance of this product exceeded the same products overseas.
