摘要
在满足操作手机构手部绝对运动精度的前提下,用优化设计方法分析并确定有关结构参数公差和运动参数精度的最佳分布,并使机构的制造成本最低.此法适用于一般开链机构的精度综合.
Meeting the handle's absolute movement precision of manipulator mechanism, the author analyses and determines the tolerance of the relative structural dimentions as well as the moving parameter precision's optimun distribution. Moreover, the manufacture cost is reducced to minimum. This method can be widely used in openning chain mechanism's precision synthesis.
