对称结构的特征问题（求固有频率和振型）可化简为对称和反对称半边结构的特征问题来讨论，弄清楚各个固有频率应由哪半边结构来确定在理论上具有重要意义．本文对此予以初步探讨并着重指出了判别对称结构的基频应由哪半边结构决定的四个准则．

It is well known that the eigen problem of a symmetric structure can be solved by solving the eigen problems of its two half structures. It is theoretically important to understand which half structure should be taken into account to calculate a natural frequency. And it is discussed with propounding of the four criteria to decide which half structure determines the first or the lowest natural frequency.
