群体性事件是困扰各国政府的难题,在社会转型时期尤是如此。近几年来我国群体性事件数量呈不断增长之势,是影响社会稳定不可忽视的因素。在我国群体性事件是群体性治安事件的简称,公安部为此专门制定了处置此类事件的相关规定。宏观上研究群体性事件形成的社会心理原因,微观上分析群体性事件参与主体的心理类型,有助于公安机关有效处置此类事件,避免事件的恶化,维护社会公共秩序,保障社会稳定。
