摘要
目的了解大学生维生素A营养状况,为指导学生合理营养提供科学依据。方法抽取内蒙古民族大学学生377名,采用膳食记录法进行5d的膳食调查,与《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量——Chinese DRIs》推荐摄入量(RNI)进行比较;同时采用暗适应仪测定学生暗适应时间。结果男、女生膳食中维生素A每日摄入量为472.0μ犂视黄醇当量(RE)和409.4μ犂(RE),仅达RNI的59.0%和58.5%;暗适应时间延长者占20.0%-22.2%,未发现夜盲症。结论学生维生素A营养水平较低。应注意调整膳食结构,适量增加富含维生素A和β-胡萝卜素食物的摄入。
Objective To understand vitamin A nutritious status and to provide scientific basis for the instruction of reasonable nutrition of the students. Methods Totally 377 students were chosen from Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities,5-day-dietary investigation was performed, and the results was in comparison with the Chinese-DRIs; the dark adaption time of students was measured by the dark adaption appliance. Results The daily dietary intake of viamin A of boy and girl students was 472.0μg, retinol equivalent ( RE ) was 409.4 μg, only 59.0 % and 58.2 % of the RNI, The people who had a longer dark adaption time accounted for 20,0% to 22.2% ; night blindness was not found. Conclusion Vitamin A nutritious conditions of students are low, meal structure shoud be adapted and the intake of food rich of vitamin A and carotene should be properly added.
