上海市长宁区本地及外来小学生常见病患病状况分析

Analysis on the Prevalence of Diseases of Local and Floating Pupils in Changning District in Shanghai

目的了解上海市本地及外来小学生常见病患病情况,为学校制定预防保健和健康教育干预措施提供依据。方法从上海市长宁区接收外来学生的13所公办小学中,整群随机抽取5所学校四、五年级全体学生1467名进行健康体检。结果外地男、女生视力正常率均达到71.6%,好于本地学生组。本地及外来学生龋患率均达到50.0%左右,差异无统计学意义。外地男生贫血检出率(20.0%)较高,与本地男生相比,差异有统计学意义。结论应根据本地及外来小学生常见病患病特点,开展针对性健康教育,提高学生的健康水平。

Objective To investigate the diseases of local and floating pupils and to propose corresponding health care measures for schools. Methods Medical examination was applied to all students of four and five grades of five elementary schools. Results The normal eyesight rate of floating boys and girls both reached 71.6%, which were higher than local boys and girls significantly. The dental caries rates of local and floating pupils were both about 50.0%. The anemia rate of floating boys reached 20.0%, which was higher than local boys. Conclusion Health education should be carried out according to the students＇ characteristics, so as to improve their health level.
