结合目前改进船舶交通事故分析方法，运用灰色系统理论对船舶交通事故进行了实例研究，取得了较为满意的效果，为我国水上交通安全管理的定量化提供了新的思路，具有重要的实际意义和应用价值．

In line with the requirement for the improvement on the present analysis of vessel traffic accidents, this paper puts forward a few methods about grey system theories to make some example researches on vessel traffic accidents and has got good results. These methods provide new ideas for quantitative research on the national water traffic safety management and thus are of great practical value.
