Analysis model of accident's main causes on port vessels incidence by grey system theory

运用灰色系统理论中的灰色关联分析方法，建立了港口因素对港口水域船舶事故主要致因的关联分析模型．该模型既可为我国水上安全宏观管理提供依据，也可为特定港口的安全管理提供依据．对于避免和减少港口事故的巨大经济损失具有一定的意义．

Based on Grey System Theory, this paper establishes an analysis model of the accident's main causes on port vessels incidence. According to the analysis by using the model, this paper finds out the main causes of the port vessels incidence and the scientific basis of administration. It is significant to avoid and reduce the heavy loss of the port vessels incidence.
